I Treat More Than Just the Spine In Cupertino CA

Helping You with Joint Pain, Muscle Imbalance, and Neuropathy Conditions In Cupertino CA
At Cupertino Wellness Chiropractic, many patients first visit thinking chiropractic care is just for neck or back pain. But in reality, chiropractors are trained to treat joints throughout the entire body — and I take special interest in doing just that.
In addition to spinal care, I regularly help patients with extremity issues in Cupertino CA like shoulder, knee, wrist, hip, ankle, and foot pain. If it’s a non-catastrophic injury — meaning nothing is broken or dislocated — there’s a good chance I can help.
I Treat More Than the Spine — I Treat Movement
Extremity conditions I often treat include:
- Shoulder pain and frozen shoulder
- Elbow pain (like tennis or golfer’s elbow)
- Wrist issues, including carpal tunnel syndrome
- Knee pain or tracking problems
- Hip stiffness and misalignment
- Ankle and foot pain, including tarsal tunnel syndrome
- Post-sprain stiffness and recurring joint tightness
These problems often stem from joint fixation, muscle imbalance, or nerve irritation — all of which I address with a combination of hands-on care.
Hands-On Adjustments for Stuck Joints
Extremity joints can become “locked up” or restricted after injury, repetitive use, or poor movement patterns. I use gentle, manual chiropractic adjustments to restore proper motion, alignment, and reduce pain — helping the body move more naturally and efficiently.
Muscle & Tendon Work to Support Long-Term Results
Most joint issues don’t come from bones alone. Often, it’s the muscles and tendons — the connective tissue — that are too tight, imbalanced, or stuck in scar tissue. This can pull your joints out of alignment and keep you from healing fully.
That’s why I combine adjustments with hands-on soft tissue work, using my thumbs, arms, and elbows to work through tension and adhesions. This allows the adjustment to hold better and accelerates your recovery.
Neuropathy Care: Supporting Nerve Health Through Joint and Muscle Work
Some extremity problems come from nerve compression or irritation — such as:
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (wrist)
- Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome (ankle)
- Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (neck/shoulder/arm area)
These conditions cause numbness, tingling, or weakness in the hands, fingers, feet, or toes. I address the mechanical causes of nerve pressure by improving joint function, releasing tight surrounding muscles, and restoring space for the nerve to function properly.
When needed, I can also refer for imaging or specialist care — but many of these conditions respond very well to conservative chiropractic treatment.
